Customer Portal

The ACES Customer Portal is a section where customers can request and track their tests, download test results, and submit additional testing. Additionally, customers can also communicate securely and directly with ACES Representatives.

The ACES Customer Portal is a source of secure communication and disclosure of information. Therefore, no one can simply sign up for the Customer Portal. Due to the secure nature of ACES’ relationship with our clients, the Customer Portal is only made available to customers who have requested (and been granted) access to the Customer Portal.

Absolutely. Logging into the ACES Customer Portal requires a unique login process; this maintains the highest standard of security and privacy for all ACES Customers. In addition to being protected by the login/password process, each customer’s individual portal is located on a secure page with a unique URL known only to each customer.

The ACES Customer Portal utilizes more than the common login/password format. Each customer is given their own custom aces.aero alphanumeric page/URL with a secure login and password for each individual customer; this page can only be accessed after logging in to the ACES Customer Portal. Each dedicated page is individually built and managed to meet the unique needs of each customer.

Once you have been granted access to the ACES Customer Portal, a custom page will be created for your company/organization with a customized URL which will be provided to you (and you only). i.e. http://www.aces.aero/ACME1234 — Before you can access your custom page, you must log in with your secure login and password.
