18.4G Dynamic Testing

18.4G Dynamic Testing evaluates aircraft seating and restraint systems under the dynamic conditions associated with emergency landing scenarios. Through full-scale sled testing, seating and restraint systems are subjected to prescribed G-force conditions and configurations to support compliance with 14 CFR § 27.562 and 14 CFR § 29.562. ACES provides dynamic test witnessing and engineering support throughout the testing and certification process, with convenient access to a nearby full-scale sled testing facility that helps reduce travel requirements and minimize unnecessary project delays.
