Powerplant Fuel Systems

Powerplant Fuel Systems Testing evaluates the fire resistance of high-temperature hose assemblies used within aircraft powerplant fire zones. ACES performs oil burner testing to assess the ability of these components to withstand direct flame exposure under controlled test conditions, supporting the evaluation and qualification of fuel-system components associated with TSO-C42, TSO-C53A, and TSO-C75. Testing can support component development, design validation, and certification programs for fuel and fluid-system assemblies intended for demanding aircraft powerplant environments.
