Aircraft HALT & HASS Testing
Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT) and Highly Accelerated Stress Screening (HASS) are used to evaluate product durability and identify potential weaknesses by exposing components and assemblies to demanding environmental conditions. ACES performs HALT/HASS testing using hot and cold step stresses, vibration, and thermal shock to help evaluate product life cycles, reliability, and performance under accelerated conditions.
From test planning and execution through post-test analysis, ACES engineers and laboratory technicians support customers throughout the testing process to provide meaningful data for product development, validation, and reliability improvement.
