18.4G Dynamic Testing evaluates aircraft seating and restraint systems under the dynamic conditions associated with emergency landing scenarios. Through full-scale sled testing, seating and restraint systems are subjected to prescribed G-force conditions and configurations to support compliance with 14 CFR §§ 27.562 and 29.562.
